Direct Hit

This is kinda a funny scene to me. After struggling to come up with what to draw one week, this popped into my head and I had to go for it!

After Cona is kidnapped in the forest, Michael is determined to go rescue her. He is so determined, that he even tries to leave without Vampire, Kiralina and Alex. Vamp is taking none of that and as he is flying away, she takes her boot off and chucks it at the back of his head! XD

I spent a fair amount of time on Vampire's pose, trying to get the appropriate amount of action for the throw, and I actually really like it. I also like Michael's reaction. The face is okay, and I really like the flinch in his shoulders. His wings are also mid-flinch, but with no real frame of reference, it's hard to tell without seeing the non-flinch wings.

Action lines are a must for this one, sadly.
